After starting earthwork in August 2022, the critical milestone for pad turnover to start building construction was met in January 2023. Approximately 400,000 Cy of material was blasted, crushed and moved.
The site work was completed in June 2024 on time and on budget, including 3,000 LF of storm drainage including a UGD-(Under Ground Detention) structure, 5,000 LF of watermain and 4,000 LF of sanitary sewer.
The total project scope included 50,000 cy of excavation and 90,000 cy of rock blasting. Utilities include storm, sanitary and over 12,000 LF of water in various sizes and the associated storm sewer. Curb/gutter base stone and asphalt paving were also included in our contract.
