The William A. Hazel team partners up with HP Development to lay the site work infrastructure for the anticipated mixed use & commercial space project of Virginia Village – phase1 (Catoctin Circle, Infrastructure, Building A & Residential Clearing Phase 1 Erosion Control and Rough Grading) in the Town of Leesburg VA. By demoing the excising site conditions of four retail properties and two office buildings.
With the scope of work starting March 2025 and expected to finish by April 2026. WAH is expected to complete all Demolition, Erosion control, Utilities, Dry Utilities and road & paving with installation of new traffic signal between Catoctin circle, SE and Assembly drive, SE for this project.
