The William A. Hazel team has partnered with Forestar on Riverpointe, a large townhome and single-family development in Ranson, West Virginia, totaling 430 lots. WAH broke ground in July 2024 and delivered the first of four phases in July 2025. The next phase is expected to be completed in May 2026.
The project consists of roughly 10 miles of wet utility installation, pump station construction, and just shy of 500,000 CY of earthwork. WAH will also be extending the turn lanes on Rte. 340 in both directions to improve the entrance into the development.
