Buchanan Properties is developing another premier project in Prince William County, located at the intersection of Minnieville Road and Prince William Parkway.
The Quartz District is planned as a vibrant mixed-use development to include office, retail and residential.
Currently our contract covers only the residential and roadway work portions of the project — 40 acres of the overall 145-acre site. This scope includes moving over 500,000 cubic yards of earth, installing seven miles of utilities, pushing a sanitary pipe through an existing casing for the outfall, and completing a watermain bore under Prince William Parkway to connect the system for the planned 264 residential units.
Construction of the commercial portion of the development is scheduled to begin in 2026.
