The first Phase of the new VRE Station at Potomac Shores was to develop the Garage and Site Work for the Station. This VRE station is located in the develop by Biddle Real Estate Ventures known as Potomac Shores in Dumfries, VA. William A Hazel, Inc worked with L.F. Jennings to complete this work. This project sits overlooking the CSX Railroad and the Potomac River. While clearing, sanitary, storm and waterline are everyday occurrences for us the earthwork was nothing short then a challenge. With planning, sheeting and shoring this work was done ahead of schedule.
