After completing the early grading and utilities consisting of blasting, 76,000CY of excavation, two bores under Heathcote Blvd for sanitary and water, crossing Little Bull Run creek with sanitary, WAH was awarded the next section of the project consisting of the Sprouts building, an inline retail building, and WAWA. This next section consists of 4 retaining walls with the tallest topping out around 26’ tall, WAH had to install a 72” storm pipe that outfalled through the 26’ tall retaining wall, installation of a bayfilter and ADS underground detection system that displaced 7,000CY of dirt.
