The William A. Hazel team partners up with Wheelock Communities to develop the American Dream Way project. An upscale town home community nestled between Old Reston AVE and Washington and Old Dominion Trial located and zoned for 78 lot in the County of Fairfax, Virginia.
Breaking ground on this project in April of 2024 to its completion in August 2025, WAH has laid around 2 miles worth of wet utilities and trucked in 28,000 CY of suitable fill material all while managing operations with maintaining driveway access and operating in congested Northern Virginia conditions.
