Chantilly, VA – William A. Hazel, Inc., (Hazel) Virginia’s leading site development and road construction company, has acquired the assets of Perry Engineering Company, Inc. of Winchester, VA. 

Perry Engineering Company, Inc. (Perry) has been a major contractor in the Shenandoah Valley for over 70 years, and with its acquisition, William A. Hazel, Inc. is now expanding its operations into several new markets.

Hazel is recognized region-wide for its unique, turnkey approach that maintains control of the entire site development process. Hazel has played a leading part in many of Northern Virginia’s premiere developments from Potomac Shores in eastern Prince William County to Willowsford, Stone Ridge, and Lansdowne in Loudoun County and Franklin Farms and Fair Lakes Shopping Center in Fairfax County.  

With the acquisition, it now brings Hazel into two new states and increases its number of full-time employees to over 600.
