The Project Manager is responsible for the successful management of assigned project’s scope, budget, schedule, quality, and client relationships from contract execution through closeout. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Overall project budget, forecasting, and financial performance (cost/profit management) 
• Lead subcontractor procurement, buyout, and contract negotiation 
• Develop and maintain the master project schedule in coordination with the Superintendent

The Project Engineer provides technical and administrative support to the project manager, coordinating documentation, submittals, RFIs, and coordination between design, field, and subcontractor teams for site development projects. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare, track, and manage submittals, RFIs, and shop drawings 
• Review plans and specifications for constructability and coordinate design clarifications with engineers/architects 
• Assist in the preparation and tracking of the project schedule alongside the Superintendent and Project Manager 
• Support procurement of materials and subcontractor scopes of work 
• Maintain project documentation including contracts, permits, and correspondence 
• Assist with quantity takeoffs and cost tracking 
• Coordinate testing and inspection services (soils, concrete, materials)

The Senior Superintendent has primary responsibility for on-site management assigned  construction projects as well as other Superintendents as assigned. This role ensures projects are built safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with contract documents.  This position works closely with the SR Project Manager and Project Manager and reports to Construction Manager 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Field Management of assigned Projects and Superintendents 
• Plan, schedule, and supervise all on-site construction activities related to site development (mass grading, utilities, roadways, stormwater, paving, landscaping) 
• Enforce job-site safety programs and ensure full compliance with OSHA and company safety policiepolicy 
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field labor 
• Develop and maintain the project’s short-interval schedule (2–3 week look-ahead) 
• Conduct quality control inspections and ensure conformance with drawings, specs, and permits 
• Coordinate with the Project Manager on procurement, RFIs, and change order impacts to the field

• Lead daily toolbox talks and weekly safety meetings

• OSHA 30 certification preferred

This is a field-based role focused on coordinating subcontractors, tracking daily progress, and enforcing site safety protocols. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist the Superintendent in: 
  • Planning and directing daily field operations for site development (grading, utilities, paving, erosion control, etc.) 
  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and field crews on-site 
  • Conducting daily safety walks and enforce jobsite safety policies and OSHA regulations 
  • Maintaining daily field reports, photo logs, and material delivery tracking 
  • Assist with site logistics, including material staging, equipment coordination, and site access 
  • Support quality control inspections and ensure work conforms to plans and specifications 
  • Coordinating with surveyors, testing agencies, and inspectors as needed 
  • Help resolve field-level issues and escalate significant concerns to the Superintendent 

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3–5 years of experience in site development, civil, or heavy construction
