Russell Branch Parkway is an urban four-lane divided roadway that parallels Route 7 and provides overflow relief for traffic congestion. The sitework development was extensive and required coordination and integration of several neighboring projects. Due to the topography and floodplains, alternative means of stormwater management were incorporated into the overall road design.
