The William A. Hazel team has partnered with Hines to develop a community consisting of townhomes and stacked condo units. The project is located at the end of Bulloch Drive in Prince William County and can be seen from 66.
WAH mobilized to site in July 2025 and with an expected completion in the Spring of 2026. The project began with a demo of the existing building and parking lot. WAH will install roughly 1.5 miles of wet utilities throughout the duration of the project while providing access to neighboring DMV, maintaining storm water drainage to the pond from the parking lot, and protecting existing water mains to the shopping center.
