Occoquan Overlook is an upscale single-family residential subdivision located in Fairfax County, VA. William A. Hazel, Inc. is currently working on this project, which is being developed by Elm Street Development for NVHomes. Phases I through III, totaling 36 estate lots, have been awarded to us with construction underway.
