Metro Walk at Moorefield Station is part of a master planned community located in Ashburn, VA within walking distance to the Ashburn Station METRO station. William A. Hazel, Inc. is working with Toll Brothers, Inc. to develop several parcels of land totaling over 30 acres for over 200 townhome and multi-family buildings.
Shortly after the project was started in January 2020, it was put on hold due to COVID-19. After several months of delay, the project was resumed and we went full steam ahead to make up for lost time and finish on schedule.
