The William A. Hazel team has partnered with Pleasants Development on an 80-acre site in Stafford County off Centreport Parkway. The community comprises of townhouse lots and a clubhouse at the entrance.
The project began in October 2024 with the Early Grading Plan. WAH has been awarded 4 sections at this time, Sec 1/2A, EGP, Centreport Parkway Improvements, and Sec 2B/4A. These sections combine to roughly 450,000 CY of earthwork, one bore underneath Potomac Creek, three bores under Centreport Parkway, and the widening of the existing Centreport Parkway. The first phase, Sec 1/2A, is scheduled to be delivered in September 2025.
