Operador de excavadora
William A. Hazel, Inc. is now hiring a Operador de excavadora to join our Pipe Team.
Essential Duties:
- Know OSHA safety and trenching regulations.
- Be able to operate excavator in a safe way at all times (will always be around men.) Lifting and setting pipe and structures.
- Experiencia en la excavación de zanjas para un equipo de tuberías.
- Able to work around underground utilities (telephones, gas lines, etc.).
- Good sight, depth perception necessary.
- Keep equipment in good working condition (grease, oil, water, etc.). Clean tracks.
- Report anything wrong with equipment.
- Be aware what is going on around him/her at all times.
- Talk to pipelayer and work as team player.
- Dig in trench boxes.
- Separate dirt (occasionally). Topsoil or mud separated from good.
- Get along with other crew members.
Work Environment:
The work environment charachteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works in outside weather conditions and is regularly exposed to fumes or airborn particles, extreme cold, extreme heat, and vibration. The employee frequently works near moving mechanical parts and in high precarious places and is frequently exposed to wet and/or humid conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually very loud.

Salario: Hourly $29.00 to $38/hour
