Project Analyst

This fast-paced position plays a crucial role in preparing and analyzing financial data for assigned construction development projects. You will serve as a reliable resource between operations, engineering, and finance.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Review and analyze field documentation and subcontractor invoices for production quantities, earned value analyses, and job cost accuracy.
- Work closely with the Job Superintendent and Project Manager to ensure that all requirements for the assigned construction projects are met and that the associated costs are coded correctly.
- Compile, prepare, and analyze monthly project billings per contract requirements.
- Change order monitoring.
- Meet monthly with Project Managers and the Job Cost Manager to review all revenue and job costs to ensure the accuracy of the monthly job reports.
- Assist the Project Management Team with accurate forecasting of estimates and monthly revenue accruals.
- Prepare other analyses on an as-needed basis for internal users.
REQUIREMENTS

- College degree preferred; or 3-4 years related work experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

$62,000 to $69,000 annually
