{"id":958,"date":"2023-09-21T02:39:26","date_gmt":"2023-09-21T06:39:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.wahazel.com\/?post_type=project&#038;p=958"},"modified":"2025-09-11T22:53:31","modified_gmt":"2025-09-12T02:53:31","slug":"carters-crossing-site-work-construction","status":"publish","type":"project","link":"https:\/\/www.wahazel.com\/spanish\/project\/carters-crossing-site-work-construction\/","title":{"rendered":"Cruce de Carter"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El equipo de William A Hazel est\u00e1 trabajando con Van Metre para desarrollar el barrio Carter's Crossing de Heritage at Marshall, una nueva comunidad planificada a cinco minutos a pie del centro de Marshall.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tras completar la Fase I a mediados de 2021, WAH se adjudic\u00f3 la Fase II, la Fase III y las mejoras sanitarias de Marshall en noviembre de 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Carter's Crossing Fase II y Fase III es un paquete completo de obras que incluye 216.742 CY de excavaci\u00f3n, voladura de rocas, alcantarillado pluvial, sanitario, m\u00e1s de 6.000 LF de agua en alcantarillado pluvial asociado, bordillo\/cuneta de piedra base y adoqu\u00edn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Marshall Sanitary Improvement incluye 420 LF de perforacion bajo la Ruta 66 y la instalacion de 1,254 LF de 24in y 271 LF de 18in de alcantarillado sanitario.
