Hazel se ha asociado con Pleasants Development en un terreno de 80 acres en el condado de Stafford, junto a Centreport Parkway. La comunidad consta de lotes de casas adosadas y una casa club en la entrada.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El proyecto comenz\u00f3 en octubre de 2024 con el Early Grading Plan. A WAH se le han adjudicado 4 secciones en este momento: Sec 1\/2A, EGP, Centreport Parkway Improvements y Sec 2B\/4A. Estas secciones combinan aproximadamente 450.000 CY de movimiento de tierras, una perforaci\u00f3n bajo Potomac Creek, tres perforaciones bajo Centreport Parkway y la ampliaci\u00f3n de la actual Centreport Parkway.
