Hazel se ha asociado con Forestar en Riverpointe, una gran urbanizaci\u00f3n de casas adosadas y unifamiliares en Ranson, Virginia Occidental, con un total de 430 parcelas.  WAH inici\u00f3 la construcci\u00f3n en julio de 2024 y entreg\u00f3 la primera de las cuatro fases en julio de 2025. Se espera que la siguiente fase est\u00e9 terminada en mayo de 2026.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El proyecto consta de unos 16 km de instalaci\u00f3n de servicios h\u00famedos, construcci\u00f3n de estaciones de bombeo y algo menos de 500.000 CY de movimiento de tierras.
