This role bridges executive leadership and project delivery teams, driving process, standards, and profitability.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Evaluate project\u00a0risk and\u00a0develop mitigation strategies\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oversee resource allocation (staffing, equipment) across active projects\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure compliance with contracts, regulatory requirements, and company policies\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Report project and portfolio performance to executive leadership\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Drive continuous improvement in construction processes, technology adoption, and field productivity\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participate in strategic planning, hiring, and organizational development\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>15+ years of progressive construction experience, including 3\u20135+ years in a multi-project leadership role\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deep\u00a0expertise\u00a0in site development\/civil construction operations, budgeting, and scheduling\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent leadership, communication, and executive presentation skills\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience with enterprise construction management software and reporting systems\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field\u00a0required; advanced degree (MBA or MS)\u00a0a plus.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>SALARIO<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>$170,000 to $195,000<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>William A.
