Hazel, Inc.<\/strong>, empresa contratista de desarrollo integral de obras desde hace m\u00e1s de 60 a\u00f1os, busca un<strong> Senior Project Manager.<\/strong> The Project Manager\u00a0is responsible\u00a0for\u00a0the successful\u00a0management\u00a0of\u00a0assigned project\u2019s scope, budget, schedule, quality, and client relationships from\u00a0contract execution\u00a0through closeout.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Overall project budget, forecasting, and financial performance (cost\/profit management)\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lead subcontractor procurement, buyout, and contract negotiation\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop and\u00a0maintain\u00a0the master project schedule in coordination with the Superintendent\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Serve as primary point of contact for owners, engineers, architects, and regulatory agencies\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage the change order process, including scope evaluation, pricing, and negotiation\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oversee permitting, bonding, and compliance with local\u00a0jurisdiction\u00a0requirements\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lead project meetings and provide regular progress and financial reporting to leadership and clients\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure quality control and safety standards are upheld across the project\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage project closeout, final billing, and warranty processes\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Supervise and mentor Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>15+ years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on site development or civil\/heavy civil work\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proven\u00a0track record\u00a0managing project budgets, typically $5M+\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong knowledge\u00a0of,\u00a0risk management, and construction means\/methods\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Advanced\u00a0proficiency\u00a0with Procore, scheduling software (P6\/MS Project), and financial reporting tools\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent leadership, negotiation, and client relationship management skills\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field\u00a0required<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>SALARIO<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>$150,000 to $185,000<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>William A.
