Hazel, Inc.<\/strong>, a total site development contractor for over 60 years, is looking for an <strong>Project Engineer.<\/strong> The Project Engineer provides technical and administrative support to the project\u00a0manager,\u00a0coordinating documentation, submittals, RFIs, and coordination between design, field, and subcontractor teams for site development projects.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Prepare, track, and manage submittals, RFIs, and shop drawings\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Review plans and specifications for constructability and coordinate design clarifications with engineers\/architects\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist\u00a0in the preparation and tracking of the project schedule alongside the Superintendent and Project Manager\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support procurement of materials and subcontractor scopes of work\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain\u00a0project documentation including contracts, permits, and correspondence\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist\u00a0with quantity takeoffs and cost tracking\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate testing and inspection services (soils, concrete, materials)\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support change order preparation, pricing, and documentation\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist\u00a0in punch list development and project closeout documentation\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Attend and document progress meetings\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1\u20134years of experience in construction, civil engineering, or site development (internship experience considered)\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong understanding of civil site plans, grading plans, and utility drawings\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficiency\u00a0with construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project) and Microsoft Office\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong attention to detail and organizational ability\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field\u00a0preferred.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>SALARIO<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>$65,000 to $90,000<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>William A.
