Hazel, Inc.<\/strong>, empresa contratista de desarrollo integral de obras desde hace m\u00e1s de 60 a\u00f1os, busca un<strong> Senior Superintendent.<\/strong> The Senior Superintendent has primary responsibility for on-site management\u00a0assigned\u00a0 construction\u00a0projects\u00a0as well as other Superintendents as assigned.\u00a0This role ensures projects are built safely, on time, within budget, and\u00a0in accordance with\u00a0contract documents.\u00a0\u00a0This position works closely with the SR Project Manager\u00a0and Project Manager\u00a0and\u00a0reports to\u00a0Construction Manager\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Field Management of assigned Projects and Superintendents\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Plan, schedule, and supervise all on-site construction activities related to site development (mass grading, utilities, roadways, stormwater, paving, landscaping)\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enforce\u00a0job-site\u00a0safety programs and ensure full compliance with OSHA and company safety\u00a0<s>policie<\/s>policy\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field labor\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop and\u00a0maintain\u00a0the project&#8217;s short-interval schedule (2\u20133 week look-ahead)\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct quality control inspections and ensure conformance with drawings, specs, and permits\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate with the Project Manager on procurement, RFIs, and change order impacts to the field\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage site\u00a0logistics, laydown areas, and traffic\/erosion control plans\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lead daily toolbox talks and weekly safety meetings\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain daily reports,\u00a0manpower\u00a0logs, and progress documentation\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Interface with owners, inspectors, and local\u00a0jurisdiction\u00a0officials on-site\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mentor Assistant Superintendents and field staff\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>10+ years of experience in site development or civil construction, including field supervisory experience\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong knowledge of Sitework Operations to include earthwork, blasting,\u00a0underground utilities (storm, sanitary, water), grading, and paving operations\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proven ability to read and interpret civil plans, specifications, and geotechnical reports\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>OSHA 30 certification preferred\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong leadership, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>High school diploma or equivalent required;\u00a0Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field a plus\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>SALARIO<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>$140,000 to $170,000<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>William A.
