This role ensures projects are built safely, on time, within budget, and\u00a0in accordance with\u00a0contract documents.\u00a0\u00a0This position works closely with the Project Manager.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Plan, schedule, and supervise all on-site construction activities related to site development (mass grading, utilities, roadways, stormwater, paving, landscaping)\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enforce\u00a0jobsite\u00a0safety programs and ensure full compliance with OSHA and company safety\u00a0policy\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field labor\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop and\u00a0maintain\u00a0the project&#8217;s short-interval schedule (2\u20133 week look-ahead)\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct quality control inspections and ensure conformance with drawings, specs, and permits\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate with the Project Manager on procurement, RFIs, and change order impacts to the field\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage site\u00a0logistics, laydown areas, and traffic\/erosion control plans\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lead daily toolbox talks and weekly safety meetings\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain daily reports,\u00a0manpower\u00a0logs, and progress documentation\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Interface with owners, inspectors, and local\u00a0jurisdiction\u00a0officials on-site\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mentor Assistant Superintendents and field staff\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>7+ years of experience in site development or civil construction, including\u00a0field supervisory\u00a0experience\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong knowledge of\u00a0Sitework Operations to include\u00a0earthwork,\u00a0blasting,\u00a0underground utilities (storm, sanitary, water), grading, and paving operations\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proven ability to read and interpret civil plans, specifications, and geotechnical reports\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>OSHA 30 certification\u00a0preferred\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong leadership, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>High school diploma or equivalent required;\u00a0Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field\u00a0a plus\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>SALARIO<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>$120,000 to $150,000<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>William A.
