Hazel, Inc.<\/strong>, empresa contratista de desarrollo integral de obras desde hace m\u00e1s de 60 a\u00f1os, busca un <strong>Jr. Quality Control Manager.<\/strong> The&nbsp;Jr.&nbsp;Quality&nbsp;Control&nbsp;Officer&nbsp;is responsible for&nbsp;promoting,&nbsp;monitoring, and coordinating the Company\u2019s&nbsp;Quality Management Plan for all projects assigned.&nbsp;This person will&nbsp;assist the Corporate Quality Control Manager and the Construction Managers in the&nbsp;implementation of quality control procedures&nbsp;and provide oversight and guidance to ensure that construction, safety, and quality standards are upheld.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Funciones esenciales<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Analyze daily schedule for possible&nbsp;high risk&nbsp;work items&nbsp;and coordinate with&nbsp;any lab&nbsp;subcontractors&nbsp;for&nbsp;each day\u2019s work&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage time as&nbsp;required&nbsp;to&nbsp;monitor&nbsp;work without direction from&nbsp;Corporate QC&nbsp;Manager&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify&nbsp;and report any work deficiencies\/non-conformities&nbsp;for tracking and resolution. Assist the Corporate QC Manager in&nbsp;identifying&nbsp;root causes&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fill out daily reports and document&nbsp;regular on-site construction to ensure compliance with&nbsp;contract documents&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor,&nbsp;observe, and report on field quality control for&nbsp;materials&nbsp;testing activities&nbsp;and coordinate routine field tests&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Inspect materials delivered to the project to verify that the materials received are accompanied by&nbsp;required documentation and are free of damage&nbsp;or&nbsp;defect. Check that materials are stored onsite in a manner that will protect&nbsp;them&nbsp;from weather or&nbsp;equipment damage.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure William A. Hazel, Inc receives documentation of QA tests and inspections, document through pictures when&nbsp;QA documents are not available&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Create and provide records related to quality system to document control procedures&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Actively coordinate with the Corporate Quality Control Manager&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain relationships with QA inspectors&nbsp;and ensure William A Hazel, Inc. is not held responsible for requirements&nbsp;above and beyond&nbsp;those specified in the contract&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Essential Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Must be able to pass drug and alcohol test.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must have a valid Driver\u2019s License.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excepcionales dotes de organizaci\u00f3n y gesti\u00f3n del tiempo&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to read and&nbsp;comprehend&nbsp;plans, specifications, and shop drawings&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must be able to work outside in all types of weather conditions.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good communication&nbsp;skills.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficient personal computer skills including electronic mail, record keeping, routine database activity, word processing, spreadsheet, graphics, etc.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Willing and able to obtain the following certifications within 6<sup>&nbsp;<\/sup>months of hiring:&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>OSHA 10&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>First Aid\/CPR&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Transportation is the responsibility of the employee.&nbsp;&nbsp;If the driving of a company vehicle is&nbsp;required, then the guidelines of the company\u2019s driver qualifications standards must be met.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must be able to pass all required contract security and citizenship requirements&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>*This is an Entry Level position.
