Reporting to the Director of Equipment and<br>Building Facilities, this hands-on position is responsible for cleaning, maintaining, and supporting the<br>company&#8217;s fleet of construction equipment and vehicles in both field and shop environments to ensure<br>they are safe, reliable, and ready for operation.<br><br><strong>Employment Type<\/strong>: Full-Time<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Safely operate and transport a steam cleaning truck to company facilities and project sites.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Steam clean, pressure wash, and degrease heavy equipment, trucks, trailers, tools, and support<br>machinery.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Remove dirt, mud, grease, asphalt residue, and other contaminants from equipment surfaces.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance of steam cleaning equipment, hoses, pumps,<br>and water systems.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate with field supervisors and shop personnel to schedule equipment cleaning activities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities, equipment service needs, and supply inventories.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure compliance with all company safety policies, environmental regulations, and operating<br>procedures.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Properly handle and dispose of wastewater, debris, and cleaning materials in accordance with<br>company standards.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist with yard organization, equipment preparation, and other shop duties as needed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Travel to active construction sites and work in varying weather conditions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Experience operating commercial trucks, service vehicles, or construction equipment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience with pressure washing, steam cleaning, industrial cleaning, or heavy equipment<br>maintenance preferred.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining equipment appearance and reliability.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding work.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Willingness to travel between company facilities and project sites.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Knowledge, Skills &amp; Abilities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Understanding of heavy equipment and construction industry operations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to identify maintenance concerns while cleaning equipment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong safety awareness and commitment to safe work practices.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Effective communication and teamwork skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize daily assignments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Working Conditions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Outdoor work in all seasons and weather conditions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exposure to dirt, mud, grease, dust, and construction environments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Frequent standing, bending, climbing, and lifting.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Travel to various job sites throughout the service area.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Beneficios<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tiempo libre retribuido, seguro m\u00e9dico, dental, de vida y de invalidez.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ayuda a la educaci\u00f3n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>401k\/participaci\u00f3n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>William A.
