Hazel, Inc.,<\/strong> a total site development contractor for over 60 years, is seeking a <strong>Repuestero<\/strong> to<br>join our team. Reporting to the Director of Equipment and Building Facilities. This position is responsible<br>for sourcing, ordering, receiving, tracking, and maintaining inventory parts for the company&#8217;s fleet, heavy<br>equipment, trucks, construction machinery, and shop operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude and a thorough understanding of equipment components and systems to ensure the correct parts are procured in a timely and cost-effective manner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This position plays a critical role in minimizing equipment downtime by maintaining effective inventory<br>controls, managing vendor relationships, and supporting shop personnel with parts identification and<br>procurement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-Time <strong>|  Location: <\/strong>Chantilly, VA <strong>|  Optional Work Location: <\/strong>Winchester,VA<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Funciones y responsabilidades esenciales<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Order and procure parts for heavy equipment, trucks, trailers, construction equipment, and shop<br>machinery.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Utilize mechanical knowledge to identify, source, and verify the correct parts for repairs and<br>maintenance activities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and timely<br>delivery.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Create, process, and track purchase orders (POs) and ensure proper documentation is maintained.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor inventory levels and maintain appropriate stock of frequently used parts and supplies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Receive, inspect, and organize incoming parts shipments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate with mechanics, technicians, and supervisors to determine parts requirements and<br>equipment needs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Research equipment manuals, diagrams, and manufacturer resources to identify replacement<br>parts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with periodic inventory audits.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Track warranty claims and returns when applicable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure parts storage areas are organized, clean, and safe.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist with budgeting and cost-control efforts related to equipment maintenance and parts<br>procurement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support emergency equipment repairs by expediting critical parts orders when necessary.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Equipment and Building Facilities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>High school diploma or GED required.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Minimum of 3 years of experience in parts management, equipment maintenance, fleet<br>operations, or a related field preferred.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong knowledge of heavy equipment, construction machinery, trucks, trailers, and mechanical<br>systems.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to read equipment manuals, schematics, and parts diagrams.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Requisitos f\u00edsicos<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Experience managing purchase orders, inventory systems, and vendor relationships.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and inventory management software.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent organizational and recordkeeping skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong communication and customer service skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to work independently while supporting a team-oriented environment.<br>Preferred Qualifications<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in the construction, utility, infrastructure, or heavy civil industry.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Familiarity with equipment manufacturers such as Caterpillar, John Deere, Komatsu, Ford,<br>Freightliner, Peterbilt, Mack, and similar equipment providers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge of fleet maintenance and equipment management practices.<br>Requisitos f\u00edsicos<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds occasionally.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach throughout the workday.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to work in a shop environment and occasionally outdoors in varying weather conditions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Beneficios<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tiempo libre retribuido, seguro m\u00e9dico, dental, de vida y de invalidez.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ayuda a la educaci\u00f3n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>401k\/participaci\u00f3n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\"><strong>William A.
