William A. Hazel, Inc. completed site work construction on Russell Branch Parkway in 2017. This work was contracted with Loudoun County Department of Transportation & Capital Infrastructure to enhance county interconnectivity.
Russell Branch Parkway is an urban four-lane divided roadway that parallels Route 7 and provides overflow relief for traffic congestion. The sitework development was extensive and required coordination and integration of several neighboring projects. Due to the topography and floodplains, alternative means of stormwater management were incorporated into the overall road design.
