Arcola Center, Phase 1 is being constructed for St. John Properties, a first-time Hazel customer. St. Johns is a Baltimore-based commercial real estate development and management company with a national portfolio valued at more than $5 billion. This project includes utilities and grading for four office/warehouse flex buildings, totaling 130,000 sq ft.
