The Hazel Employee Charitable Donation Matching Program Provides Company Match Donations For Employee Donations Up To $100 To IRS Officially Recognized Charities. The Annual Contribution From The Company Is $10,000 And The Funds Are Expended On A First Come, First Served Basis Until The Annual Contribution Is Expended.

The Hazel Employee Assistance Fund is a fund that is setup through fundraisers and voluntary contributions that is intended to provide additional payments to Hazel employees or their direct families who experience a catastrophic loss.
