As a third-generation heavy equipment operator, Kevin Bean’s career path seemed destined—but it’s his drive, leadership, and loyalty that make him stand out. With over 22 years of experience in roles such as dirt foreman, pipe foreman, and superintendent, Kevin has found not just a job at William A. Hazel, but a professional home. For him, the company represents more than work—it’s a family. He credits the supportive environment and strong culture of communication and transparency as key reasons he continues to thrive.
Kevin’s passion for the industry and the people he works alongside fuels his commitment daily. The bonds he’s built with his crew, whom he considers like family, are unlike anything he’s experienced at previous companies.
Now featured as a Rising Star on the company website, Kevin’s dedication is evident in both his work ethic and his mentorship.
