Rick has been instrumental in improving our processes and information systems to allow us to serve our employees and customers better. A graduate of William & Mary (BBA) and Old Dominion University (MBA), Rick enjoys being involved in several community organizations, most notably Leadership Loudoun. Rick is responsible for our accounting, MIS, and administrative functions. |

Hurwitt joined our company in 1993 following a career in public
accounting and several years of experience with a local real estate
