 Jay
joined the Company in 1989 and served as its Chief Financial Officer
from 1991 through 2000. His experience as a CPA and financial expert
has helped us to become a more efficient Company thereby allowing
us to serve our customers more effectively. An accounting and management
graduate of James Madison University, Jay works closely with senior
management in setting corporate policy and ensuring that Company goals
are met.
